Job Summary :
The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships mainly with the Travel Agency partners and GSAs globally, driving volume and revenue growth.
You will also act as a trusted advisor and evangelist, educating partners about our products, analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with Euroairline's innovative products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
- Organize and lead regular performance meetings with partners.
- Partner Enablement: Educate partners about Euroairline's products and services, ensuring their effective adoption and integration.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute commercial plans to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, elaborate sales campaigns, and market initiatives.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and risks.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and inventory, to deliver seamless support to partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns, resolving issues promptly to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Independent contributor: Be able to operate independently in the marketplace and coordinate online with the teams based out of different locations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management in the travel and/or aviation industry.
- A basic understanding of airline distribution systems and GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Analytical mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), BI, and sales tools.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory); French and German are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events (between 30-40% of the time depending on the season).
