Commissioning Engineer for UPS- Remote- (70% travel)

At OXIGENT TECHNOLOGIES, we are looking for a Regional Service Representative for UPS who is responsible for providing professional on-site services for the UPS range of products produced by the company for its customers and their projects (mainly Data Center).

This includes commissioning, technical on-site analysis & support, supervision during installation, and resolving customer issues.

The role primarily focuses on complex & critical projects in the field of Secure Power installations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches).

What are your core activities?

• Perform Startup & Commissioning on all equipment across the entire secure power (UPS) product range.
• Evaluate unit’s installation (e.g., the quality of connections, assembly, readiness for start-up).
• Evaluate system's installation & operational conditions.
• Ability to perform onsite adjustments to bring the units to the best running conditions.
• Support customers in the installation, modification, and repair of the UPS product range.
• Identify if the failure is related to a quality issue, software issue, or operational condition issue (Root cause Analysis).

Requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience with commissioning or field service repair with secure power.
• Confirmed experience with Secure Power installations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches).
• Experience with installation and commissioning in Data Centers is a real advantage.
• Good software tools literacy: AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat.
• Willingness to travel internationally for 70% of the working time.
