Job Description : Join our Legal team at Econergy! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Finance Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and gain experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

About Us : Econergy is a fast-growing, publicly traded company specializing in developing, constructing, and operating renewable energy projects (PV, Solar & Storage).

Responsibilities :

1. Support project financing transactions from A to Z.
2. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial and finance legal documents.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the execution and closing of cross-border project finance transactions.

Requirements :

1. Licensed attorney with 1-3 years of experience, preferably from a law firm, focusing on project financing within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
2. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Experience in cross-border transactions and PPAs is an advantage.
6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
7. Law degree from a reputable academic institution.
