Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent

Remote anywhere in Greece

Gross salary €1300 per month

Overview: You will deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and respect. You’ll be a crucial part of our team, helping to foster collaboration and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance via voice, chat, and email.
  • Address challenges in a customer-focused environment, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and develop solutions.
  • Engage in problem-solving to prioritize customer interests and satisfaction.
  • Utilize social media platforms effectively to enhance customer engagement.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both Dutch and English, in both spoken and written forms.

Role Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2/C1).
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technical assistance or IT help desk roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player in a remote setting.
  • Adaptability to changes in processes and information.
  • Willingness to undergo a background screening.
  • Proven experience in customer communication via email and phone.
  • Strong familiarity with external systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, internet applications).
