Job Description:

Join our Group Data, AI & Innovation (GDAI) department, specifically the Software and AI Engineering team based in France or Spain. Reporting to the Group Developer Experience Lead, you will:

1. Automate Security/Development SDLC Processes: Implement automation for cybersecurity processes within the software development lifecycle.
2. Develop and Integrate Software: Create and integrate software solutions using Cloud technologies, AI, and cybersecurity tools.
3. Engage with the Engineering Community: Actively participate in and contribute to the AXA engineering community.
4. Support Open Source Initiatives: Contribute to AXA's Inner and Open Source projects.
5. Development Opportunities: Gain a global perspective by collaborating with stakeholders worldwide. Develop an efficient, structured, and dynamic work organization. Enhance your IT skills in areas such as CI/CD, Cloud, IT security, web development, and presentation content creation.

Objective: Enhance the productivity and satisfaction of our teams with high levels of security and automation.

We are looking for candidates who thrive in environments involving:

• Web & Backend development, LLM’s like Mistral, ChatGPT, AWS/Azure Cloud, App security
• Open Source, IT communities and clear communication of ideas.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Education: Degree equivalent to Bac +5 from an Engineering School or University. Specialization in Computer Science or equivalent.

Behavioral Skills / Soft Skills:

• Ability to interact in English with a diverse range of individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to coordinate various activities with multiple stakeholders in a large international organization.
• A desire to learn, build, and grow. Passion for IT and software development.
• Interest in gaining international experience.

Technical Skills / Hard Skills:

• Web Development (Backend and Frontend).
• Experience with ChatGPT and AI Coding.
• Proficiency in one of the following: Java, Python, C#, JS, or another language.
• Good knowledge of application security.
• Experience with AWS or Azure Cloud (optional).
• Familiarity with Open Source.

Languages: Proficient in English and bilingual in French.
