Responsibilities :

  • Provide remote technical support for troubleshooting and optimizing CoDeSys-based PLC systems in automated and industrial environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults within CoDeSys PLCs, implementing software adjustments and modifications to meet client needs and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance and update CoDeSys PLC systems, ensuring they align with customer requirements.
  • Offer remote training and technical guidance to client operators and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient system operation.
  • Document all support incidents, software adjustments, and system improvements in technical support records.
  • Conduct virtual tests and simulations to verify that modifications comply with quality and safety standards.
  • Assist clients remotely with ongoing system performance, conducting troubleshooting and preventive checks when needed.

Requirements :

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in PLC programming and support, specifically with CoDeSys.
  • In-depth knowledge of automation systems, industrial controls, and CoDeSys programming tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Availability to provide remote technical support outside regular office hours, based on scheduling flexibility, to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
