We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join an innovative SaaS start-up, specialized in helping companies with their environmental impact.

Responsibilities

  1. Proactively contact potential clients based on a provided list by call, mail or other communication methods.
  2. Qualify business opportunities, identifying stakeholders and understanding their needs.
  3. Schedule meetings for the Account Executives.
  4. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop client acquisition strategies.
  5. Meet sales development goals based on key metrics.

Requirements

  1. Experience in B2B sales.
  2. Fluency in written and spoken English.
  3. Attention to detail and goal-oriented profile, capable of working autonomously.
  4. Excellent communication skills and commercial mindset.

Competitive salary, based on experience: 25-30k (+bonus).

Hybrid work model: 3 onsite + 2 remote days as a base, with flexibility depending on personal situation.
