Position Summary:

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our team in our offices in Spain. Reporting to the Finance Manager for Europe, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing, studying and examining the financial status of some of our legal entities to help the business to take the best decisions. The ideal candidate must be located in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare the budget, analyze the balance sheets and elaborate the financial reports to support management decisions (Analyze P&L, B&S, Cashflow, Working Capital, etc.)
  2. Design and execute budgeting and forecasting processes.
  3. Prepare a variety of financial reports, from income statements to balance sheets, for the management of the finance department (Reports such as Management reports, Working Capital, Contribution Margins, R&D expenses, etc.)
  4. Responsible for the accounting closure of one or more companies in Europe.
  5. Analysis of inventory costings and price variations.
  6. Monitoring of external and internal audit processes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. From 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational industrial sector or big audit firms.
  3. Fluent communicational skills in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
  4. Proficiency in financial software and tools, particularly MS Excel.
  5. Strong analytical skills, proactive, organized and attention to details.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational environment and manage multiple priorities.
