About the Role
As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will provide critical support to the Director and senior staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with projects, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
This is a part-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual meetings, events, and conferences, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as required.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Assist with client-related projects, including tax documentation collection and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide general support to other team members and departments as needed.
Qualifications- Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in accounting or professional services.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit documents accurately.
- Knowledge of accounting software and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
