• Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls, systems, and processes in line with EOS principles.
• Analyze financial performance, monitor key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and capital expenditure to support operational efficiency and growth.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive accountability and financial discipline across the organization.
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership, providing insights into profitability, cost management, and opportunities for improvement.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar role in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with the EOS framework is a plus, or the ability to work within structured systems and processes.
