Project Manager Sr

MRM is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company. At MRM BA, a Project Manager is responsible for managing production and teams on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with other PM’s, the Project Manager is in charge of supervising the schedules and deliverables of the area to guarantee the efficient delivery of production.

Main tasks

1. Responsible for the successful development of multiple medium-to-high complexity projects in a limited time framework.
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
3. Program kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables, and clear expectations.
4. Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans, budget plans, resource allocations.
5. Lead projects with cross-functional teams including technology, QA, User Experience, content, performance/analytics.
6. Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients, partners, stakeholders, and multifunctional teams.
7. Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing.
8. Coordinate asset deliveries with partners, clients, and internal teams.
9. Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration.
10. Coach and mentor other team members; specifically other Project Managers.
11. Boost verbal and written communication skills to develop the relationship between the client, the agency, and the internal team.

Requirements

1. 3-6 years experience in project management or service management within a professional services company.
2. Agency or client-side experience.
3. Intermediate MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet, Egnyte, Jira, Trello, Notion, Monday) experience.
5. Experience defining the scope of new products and features, communicating requirements and dependencies, and proactively identifying project bottlenecks.
6. Knowledge of agile methodologies; certifications in this regard is a plus.
7. Advanced level of English (oral and written).
