As a People and Culture Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our global people & culture strategy, ensuring an engaging and inclusive workplace. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will partner with teams across multiple countries and functions to support employee growth, performance, and engagement while ensuring compliance with local regulations and global best practices.
Your responsibilities
- Employee experience and engagement: Develop processes and oversee the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Drive employee engagement through events, internal communications, and initiatives that strengthen company culture.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs across regions, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with employee needs. Monitor market trends to recommend improvements.
- Performance & Career Development: Support managers in driving performance management, career development, and training programs. Ensure OKRs (objectives & key results) are effectively implemented across the organization and employees have opportunities for continuous learning and progression.
- Learning & Development: Oversee the Fadata Academy program and work with internal trainers to develop career and learning paths. Support managers in identifying skill gaps and implementing relevant development plans. Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives and follow up on training budget and provider selection.
- HR system optimization: Drive the effective use of HR systems to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall employee experience through technology.
- HR Advisory & Leadership Support: Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, team dynamics, and best HR practices. Influence leadership decisions with insights and recommendations while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
What you bring to the table
Experience and Knowledge:
- 7+ years’ experience as HR generalist or business partner roles.
- Experience working in an international environment is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of people practices; knowledge on people operations and employment regulations across different regions is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools, with an emphasis on process optimization.
- Available to travel occasionally for meetings in other countries.
Core Skills:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- English at business level since our company language is English and you’ll be working with colleagues from around the world.
- Experience from the software industry or insurance is a plus but not mandatory.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
