Penta Consulting is a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.

We are supporting a well esteemed client of ours searching for a Senior Customer Engineer in Spain for a 12-month extendable contract.

Job Responsibilities :

1. A key technical resource for customers in Spain on the M365 platform, providing expert technical guidance on Microsoft technologies such as Exchange, Teams, Defender for O365 & Microsoft Purview.
2. Lead proactive technical trainings and workshops to provide expert technical guidance in line with industry best practices.
3. Develop customer relationships, drive innovative solutions & product adoption.

Key Requirements :

1. Fluency in speaking Spanish and English.
2. Deep expertise with Architecture, Implementation, Maintenance and Migration of Microsoft technology solutions on Microsoft Exchange (On Prem + Online), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Teams & Microsoft Purview.
3. Excellent communication / interpersonal skills to build client relationships and understand their needs / challenges.
4. Design & implement Microsoft technology solutions based on client needs / challenges.
5. Hybrid Configurations : Manage and troubleshoot hybrid configurations of email systems, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
6. Knowledge of topics such as Microsoft Teams Governance, Security & Compliance and Microsoft Exchange policies.
7. Troubleshooting : Deep experience in monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams & Exchange issues.
