The vision of the loyalty program is to make every trip of our users epic!

We are looking for a Loyalty Strategy Manager to lead and scale Holafly’s loyalty initiatives. This role will drive the vision and execution of our loyalty program.

✦ Responsibilities:

1. Strategy creation and implementation
2. Define and execute the vision for Holafly’s loyalty program, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Own and oversee the execution of loyalty initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance and engagement.
4. Develop a data-driven approach to optimize program engagement, retention, and profitability.
5. Collaborate with the team to identify and support strategic partnerships that enhance the program’s value proposition, ensuring a collective approach to negotiations.
6. Ensure an app-first engagement strategy, aligning loyalty features with the mobile user experience.
7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of loyalty trends and innovation in the travel industry.
8. Growth Experimentation & Performance Optimization
9. Plan and execute A/B tests and growth experiments across different stages of the subscription funnel.
10. Identify and implement opportunities to increase conversion rates, improve onboarding, and reduce friction points.
11. Cross-Functional Growth Initiatives
12. Collaborate with the data analytics team to manage the economics of the loyalty program, ensuring financial sustainability and maximizing customer lifetime value.
13. Work closely with Product, CRM, Marketing Automation, and Finance teams to integrate loyalty initiatives seamlessly.
14. Align internal stakeholders with the loyalty strategy and ensure successful cross-functional execution.

✦ What do you need to succeed:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in loyalty program management or a related field.
3. Proven track record of designing and executing loyalty programs that drive profitability.
4. Experimentation Mindset: Proven track record of running A/B tests and growth experiments with measurable impact.
5. Experience managing the financial aspects of loyalty programs, including budgeting and ROI optimization.
6. Strong background in partnerships, including sourcing and supporting collaborations that enhance customer retention.
7. Expertise in app-first engagement strategies.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
9. Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
10. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
11. Experience managing a cross-functional team that includes Product, Marketing, and Data to drive loyalty initiatives successfully.
12. Experience in the travel industry or a similar B2C environment is a plus.
13. Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
