The Product Lead Martech will join the Digital Growth Hub and Commercial Product team, which is part of the Consumer Healthcare Digital Business Solutions organization. This team is responsible for managing the worldwide solution portfolio, roadmap and projects around these areas. The digital organization is entering for the first time into the Martech area so this candidate will work on building the capabilities and the collaboration model with both business and the rest of the digital organization. The Martech Product Lead will own a wide range of applications that need to be correctly integrated with both Opella business functions and external partners to allow best in class Marketing Technology. In addition, the Martech Product Lead will coordinate the Product Owners and Scrum Masters working on all our brand websites.

Main responsibilities:
The Digital Commercial and Growth Hub team is looking for highly-motivated, engaged, and responsive professionals to help build a premier application portfolio that enables standardized and efficient collaboration with our customer and partners as well as best in class, customer centric brand websites.
Strategic Tool Management
Ownership and strategic oversight of Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), and related marketing technology platforms
Ensure these tools align with broader marketing and business objectives
Manage tool performance, integrations, and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate product owners and scrum masters across brand website development projects
Facilitate communication and collaboration between technology, marketing, and product teams
Secure alignment on product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
Technical Governance
Define and enforce standards for content management, asset workflows, and product information processes
Develop and maintain governance frameworks for martech tool usage
Ensure compliance with data management and brand consistency guidelines
Performance Optimization
Monitor and analyze martech tool performance metrics
Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological enhancements
Recommend and implement system upgrades or new tool integrations
Stakeholder Management
Serve as primary point of contact for martech tool ecosystem
Engage with vendors, internal teams, and external partners
Present technology strategy and progress to senior leadership
Project and Resource Management
Oversee budgeting for martech tools and related initiatives
Manage implementation timelines and resource allocation
Conduct regular performance reviews of tools and development teams
About you
Experience:
Has worked in Digital Product Management for Marketing Technology
Has work leadership experience in program, project, or product management
Has experience in industry, preferably in pharma or consumer goods industry
Soft skills:
Is able to influence both business and technical teams and is comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders from different seniority levels
Is able to drive multiple priorities in parallel in a structured way
Has great communication skills, both verbal and written, and can adapt to different teams and personality types.
Technical skills:
Has experience with Martech tools like PIM, DAM, Social Media Listening, etc.
Has experience in building corporate brand websites with ecommerce.
Has experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, QuickSight, etc. and agile tools like Confluence and Jira
Is hands on and able to dive deep into technical issues even if it involves learning new technologies
Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in IT, engineering or another technical field
Languages: Advanced English required, Spanish or French preferred
