This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist, joining our Global Payroll team. In your role, you will be implementing multiple new customers onto our Remote Global Payroll solution platform with accuracy and within agreed timescales.

What you bring:

  1. Experience in Global Payroll with Spain Payroll end to end process.
  2. Global Payroll Customer Implementation experience, with Spain payroll software.
  3. Excellent understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR.
  4. Work experience in regional/global payroll operations and statutory requirements.
  5. Excellent data management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Experienced in handling multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
  7. An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
  8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
  9. Team player with the ability to work independently and take own responsibility.
  10. Customer-care oriented mindset.
  11. Proficient in using Google Sheets or Excel.
  12. Ability to work within a MacBook Pro environment.
  13. You write and speak fluent English.
  14. Experience working remotely is considered a plus.
  15. Knowledge of Notion, Slack, and Salesforce is considered a plus.
  16. Working knowledge of A3 payroll software is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers to set up and provide an accurate and seamless transition of their payroll to Remote products and services.
  2. Analyze customers' payroll needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
  3. Direct and manage the implementation of new customers from the start of the relationship, including obtaining all required customer and employee payroll data information for new customer payroll set-ups per legal entity.
  4. Configuration of Remote Global Payroll system on a customer-by-customer basis.
  5. Coordination of parallel payroll runs.
  6. Verify payroll and tax setup is compliant with country-specific government regulations.
  7. Coordination and communication of payroll Go-Live.
  8. Handing over an accurate payroll to our Remote Global Payroll Operations team.
  9. Effectively communicate with customers, teammates, supervisors, and vendors in a timely and clear fashion.
  10. Establish and maintain positive customer working relationships, successfully contributing to high customer retention rates.
  11. Provide support and training to new customers and employees regarding payroll process and general country-specific payroll needs.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all customer and employee information.
  13. Help in the creation and maintenance of the process documentation.

Remote Compensation Philosophy:

Remote aims to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits in all locations. The base salary range for this full-time position is $30,250 USD to $102,050 USD. The actual base pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, and market demands.
