Our Product

Since our public release in September 2023, we have experienced incredible traction growing from 0 to 15M+ users. As we grow, our goal is to keep enhancing existing key features as well as developing new exciting functionalities (group chat, AI chat & phone calls in local languages, video calls, AI video generation, AR/VR, etc.).

Our Team

We are an enthusiastic, passionate, and hardworking team of 40 people. Our founding team has strong entrepreneurial experience building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO.

Your Role

Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network.
  • Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates.
  • Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management.

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies.
  • Competence with tools like Everflow, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems.
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in CRM tools and project management software for managing affiliate tasks and communications.
  • Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English).
  • Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment.
  • Doer mindset - we are moving fast and we need people that can find the right balance between executing, planning, and strategy.
  • Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback.
  • #NSFW - you are comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content.

Bonus points

  • Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems like postback S2S setup, ad servers, and so on.
  • Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing.
  • Experience with subscription-based business models.
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques.
