What You'll Do

1. Marketing Partnership Development: Help identify and connect with interesting partners, such as media outlets, creators, and universities, etc. to collaborate on social media campaigns and newsletters.
2. Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with customers, potential leads, industry experts, and journalists.
3. Social Media Assistance: Support the implementation of social media campaigns aligned with our marketing strategy by contributing ideas and providing operational support.
4. Content Support: Assist in curating and fine-tuning text, image, and video content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
5. Community Interaction: Help monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in collaboration with the team.
6. Feedback Monitoring: Contribute to tracking, analyzing, and reporting on customer feedback and online reviews to improve engagement strategies.
7. Trend Spotting: Stay informed about the latest digital trends and technologies, sharing insights with the team to inspire future projects.
8. Event Support: Provide assistance in organizing and attending events aimed at strengthening community ties and boosting brand awareness.
