Job Summary

This cheerful, quick, multi-skilled Colleague is accountable to the Front Office Manager. S/he is in a team that meets and greets Guests first. S/he ensures the guests are checked and settled into their rooms in a quick, efficient manner.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Ensures that the welcoming of Guests, luggage handling, champagne service, swift check-in, and efficient, friendly transfer to their rooms are done to standard.
2. Briefly orientate guests on resort activities upon arrival, such as dinner reservations and in-room directory.
3. Ensures accurate room charges are applied to the correct category.
4. Ensures registration cards are properly filled out.
5. Ensures guest portfolios are updated accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements

1. Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience.
2. Possess a Diploma in Hospitality Management or its equivalent.
3. Possess excellent time management, outstanding human relations, and problem-solving skills.
4. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Have keen eyes for detail.
6. Be knowledgeable of guest travel and airline flight operations.
7. Be highly customer service oriented.
8. Be innovative, creative, and possess a hands-on approach to management.
9. Have the ability to build, train, and manage a dynamic team.
10. Be willing to work flexible hours and days of the week.
