WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Manage the entire sales cycle from building pipeline to closing opportunities
  2. Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
  3. Respond on RFP's, RFI's and RFQ's
  4. Monitor all accounts within the portfolio at Group and Account level
  5. Manage up to 100 accounts and prospects
  6. Build and maintain strong account relationships and customer satisfaction
  7. Identify and win new Enterprise accounts through effective new business development and account management
  8. Manage very high revenue-based opportunities commercially to meet revenue and margin growth strategies
  9. Prepare quarterly, half year and annual account plans
  10. Lead cross-functional teams to design complex solutions incorporating software, services, content, and custom development to meet customer requirements
  11. Manage an accurate forecast
  12. Lead and manage entire business cycles with experience in negotiating terms and understanding associated legal and business risks
  13. Lead detailed account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities
  14. Drive sales in a defined territory and/or account list to achieve revenue targets
  15. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  16. Build and deepen executive relationships with strategic customer base
  17. Run and manage complex, global account(s) with multiple opportunities across different functions
  18. Drive collaboration and alignment with Acronis partners

WHAT YOU BRING

  1. 3+ years technology sales experience, software/cloud experience strongly preferred
  2. Successful track record of prospecting into enterprise accounts
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  4. Familiarity in constructing customer-facing proposals
  5. Channel & direct sales experience
  6. Proficiency in maintaining customer data and forecast in CRM
  7. Consultative selling skills
  8. Proven negotiation and closing skills
  9. Ability to lead cross-functional teams to design complex solutions
  10. Track record of success selling Software-as-a-Service
  11. Bachelor's or comparable degree
  12. Multi-lingual, Fluent in English is a must. Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese is a must. Fluent in all 3 desirable
