What you'll do:

1. Order and Offer Management: Track, input, and update client records using our CRM system.

3. Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to guarantee flawless order processing.
4. Commercial Support: Manage material allocations and ensure compliance with customer requirements and specifications.

What you need to be successful:

1. Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel), CRM / ERP software similar to Invex, and knowledge of product standards (ASTM, ISO).
2. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, versatility, and excellent customer relationship abilities combined with a strong business acumen.
3. Fluency in business Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
