AWWG is the global fashion group which integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

What will the role entail?

  1. Responsible for the performance of two of our brands with leading European 3rd party platform acting as daily point of contact.
  2. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally to maximize brands’ visibility, drive sales, protect brands’ equity, optimize product performance and ensure seamless operations.
  3. Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy tailored to each brand considering market trend, consumer behavior and competitors’ trend.
  4. Collaborate with platform to resolve issues and explore strategic opportunities.
  5. Partner with Marketplace and Marketing teams to analyze weekly sales and present key learnings, areas of opportunity and proposed actions for assortments.
  6. Stay up to date on new features and initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive revenue and sustainable and profitable growth.
  7. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team and with other teams.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

  1. Business, Economics Degree or similar.
  2. Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
  3. Proven experience in managing and trading on fashion or beauty brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces such as Amazon or similar platforms.
  4. Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of using Business analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP).
  6. Knowledge in Wholesale tools is a plus (QuickSight, Retail Center, Performance insights).
  7. Communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  8. Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  9. Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in analytics and compliance with Wholesale guidelines.
