Customer Advisor for Abercrombie & Fitch in Lisbon (French Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

1. Providing service to the A&F clients via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
2. Providing product information to the customer
3. Handling the clients' queries regarding their orders, account accessibility, payments, and stock availability
4. Following up with customers

Salary conditions:

• 2 options:
• Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
