We are excited to invite applications for the position of Customer Service IT Functional Analyst within our IT Customer Service Product Group.

The role

As an IT Functional Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between IS/IT Corporate, IBS and Zone stakeholders, and regional IS/IT teams. Your insights will be instrumental in identifying business challenges and opportunities, guiding the selection of effective IT solutions, and ensuring value delivery throughout the product lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  • Shape the development of go-to-market strategies, product vision, and execution, ensuring that we deliver value and encourage user adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and deploy applications that support Nestlé’s global initiatives, valuing diverse perspectives in the process.
  • Foster continuous improvement of product strategies in partnership with Product Group Managers and Business Relationship Managers (BRMs).
  • Inspire and support cross-functional teams, nurturing an environment of collaboration to deliver solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategies.
  • Advocate for innovation, agile practices, and a supportive culture within the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years in SAP ECC and/or S4HANA application design, build, and min 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Customer Service implementations (Pricing and Rebates, Order to Cash, Demand Capture, Logistics, Billing, Claims, Returns and Refusals).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of O2C business processes and their integration across various domains.
  • Solid foundation in system engineering, information security, and architecture standards.

Bonus Points If You Bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, PowerApps, and related tools (a plus).
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments and design thinking methodologies.
