Tasks

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
  • Assist in preparing and organizing company meetings and events
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Handle correspondence with clients and sales
  • Support other team members with various administrative/ sales tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Administration / Sales or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations
