Oracle Database Administrator

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize Oracle Autonomous Database on OCI .
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve highly available Oracle DB environments .
• Automate database maintenance and operations using Terraform, Python, and shell scripting .
• Respond to incidents using monitoring and self-healing automation .
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure, security, and software engineering teams .
• Stay up to date on cloud database trends and best practices .

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have :

• 2+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA with a strong understanding of RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, ASM, or Exadata (not all are required, but willingness to learn is key!).
• Linux expertise and experience troubleshooting database & infrastructure issues.
• Interest in learning cloud technologies, automation, and DevOps .

Nice to Have (or Willingness to Learn) :

• Exposure to Cloud (OCI, AWS, Azure) , Terraform , Docker / Kubernetes .
• Basic Python / Shell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with CI / CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) .
