Job Description:
The IT framework encompasses Projects & Systems of Finance and Risk. The team is in charge of the administration and production support of accounting back-office tools, including input and control accounting tools, user support, and communication of tools availability towards users.
The tasks to be performed are the following:
- Coordination of the Workstream, ensuring change management is always a key consideration.
- Animation of the governance of activities and regular reporting of indicators to management.
- Coordination of all Transformation initiatives to reach the Target Operating Model.
- Development and delivery of change plans, including appropriate methods and channels for change delivery to support the change.
Basic IT and Processes knowledge are required, with finance knowledge being a plus.
The deliverables expected for this service are the following:
- Monthly deck with planning, budget, business case, and follow-up of recruitment for the current project, reporting alerts to management (to be applied for Asia, UK, North America, Europe).
- Monthly presentation of the deck in a governance committee.
- Monthly production of committee minutes (D+5 of the presentation).
- Weekly deck and follow-up of tasks for the current project, proposing improvements, implementations, new initiatives, and reporting alerts to management.
The service must be provided in English (good oral and written level is required). French is a 'nice to have'.
