Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

1. Develop a financial strategy to support global expansion and tech integration.
2. Lead the finance team, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
3. Advise the CEO, aligning financial planning with company objectives.

Operations & Automation

1. Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting across multiple locations.
2. Automate workflows with tools like QuickBooks & Monday.com.
3. Maintain tax compliance and implement SOPs for scalability.

Risk & Growth Management

1. Identify and mitigate financial risks tied to global expansion and technology adoption.
2. Establish strong internal controls and long-term problem-solving frameworks.
3. Lead fundraising efforts, investor relations, and financial model development.

Integrator Responsibilities

1. Align financial, operational, and tech strategies across all departments.
2. Optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
3. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

What We're Looking For

1. Proven Leadership: CFO or senior financial leader with experience in high-growth, multi-location businesses.
2. Strategic Thinker: Ability to scale financial models while balancing profitability.
3. Tech-Savvy: Experience with automation, financial systems, and ERP integration.
4. Clear Communicator: Fluent in English & Spanish, proactive in keeping teams aligned.
5. Growth-Oriented: Ready to take on Integrator responsibilities as we scale.

Qualifications

1. Master's in Finance or Accounting preferred.
2. 5+ years in financial leadership.
3. Expertise in financial planning, fundraising, tax compliance, and international finance.
4. Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred) and ERP systems.
