As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid / onsite role, which means you’ll be working from our Barcelona office, with the option to work remotely within the city. You will have the opportunity to work with top brands, helping them optimize their digital marketing campaigns to reach their goals. Position Overview :

As a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant, you will be working closely with businesses from Dutch-speaking countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg), helping them create and optimize online advertising campaigns. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing insights and solutions that improve their digital marketing efforts and drive long-term success.

Your main responsibility will be to consult, create, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and other digital channels. You will help your clients achieve their marketing objectives by crafting tailored strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Consult with Clients : Serve as the primary consultant for Dutch-speaking clients, offering expertise on online marketing strategies and helping them develop effective digital advertising campaigns tailored to their goals and target audiences.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization : Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This includes working with Google Ads, social media platforms, SEO, and other online marketing tools to ensure the best possible performance. Collaborate with clients to create custom marketing strategies based on their specific needs and objectives.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Analyze campaign performance data regularly to provide actionable insights. Utilize tools like Google Analytics and reporting software to track KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost, optimizing campaigns for maximum results.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide excellent customer service, proactively managing their needs and addressing any concerns.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products, helping clients grow their digital marketing efforts and drive higher performance.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and industry best practices. Conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition and provide your clients with the most relevant solutions.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with other internal teams (Sales, Product, Account Management) to ensure the successful implementation and execution of client strategies.
  • Training & Development : Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and technologies in the digital marketing space.

Requirements :

  • Language Skills : Native or near-native Dutch (C2 level) and fluent English (C1 / C2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Digital Marketing Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, online advertising, and marketing strategy development.
  • Consultative Selling Skills : Strong ability to listen to clients’ needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable working with various digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Passionate about helping clients succeed.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented : Highly motivated and results-driven.
  • Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced team.
