Medical Science Liaison - New Team Build - Oncology

IQVIA’s international medical affairs team is looking for experienced MSLs (Medical Science Liaison) to join an exciting new multi-country project, working in a dynamic environment with an international atmosphere. Our client is an oncology-focused biotechnology company that strives to accelerate the discovery, development, and commercialization of new medicines for difficult-to-treat cancers.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide field-based medical support to the company’s clinical research programs.
2. Deliver credible presentations on scientific matters in the disease area of responsibility and about the company pipeline to investigators in company-sponsored interventional research.
3. Engage with clinical trial site investigators and staff to understand enrolment/screening barriers from a medical perspective, and work with the site and client to find potential medical solutions with the aim of supporting clinical trial enrolment.
4. Provide support to company clinical development and operations teams through site recommendations, initiation visits, facilitation of communication, and accrual support activities.
5. In an accurate, fair and balanced manner, exchange scientific information with external parties.
6. Report field intelligence to IQVIA/Client including competitive information, perspectives about compounds, and the treatment landscape.
7. Establish and maintain a close working relationship with site management & monitoring staff and partner in facilitating the initiation and conduct of prioritized company clinical trials.
8. Knowledge/experience of Oncology disease area is essential.

Requirements:

1. Scientific degree preferable - ideally PhD, PharmD, MD.
2. Ability to communicate in both English and native/local language.
3. Eligibility to work full-time in this country.
4. Full driving license.

Pay: 50,000.00€ - 85,000.00€ per year.
