Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Endpoint management, including Windows client HW standards, lifecycle, procurement (budgets, pricing), refresh, driver & BIOS upgrades/configuration, operating system lifecycle, standard image, provisioning, patching, software packaging, app store/catalog, patching/upgrades, endpoint agents (AV, EDR) and drivers
2. Management of software packaging, deployment, and a unified company app store
3. Design, implement, and maintain the company's endpoint infrastructure, Microsoft M365 suite (Windows, Office suite, EMS security), meeting room audio/visual standards, and Windows endpoints
4. Management of all endpoint assets, Windows 10/11, Linux, MacOS, and Mobile via Intune
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for endpoint infrastructure
6. Change management, including change requests, impact analysis, and change approval
7. Asset management, including inventory, tracking, and reporting
8. Active Directory GPO, user account standards, management, reconciliation, and audit
9. Printer and copier management

Qualifications:

1. Experience with mobile, macOS, and Linux endpoint management
2. Experience with Teams voice telecommunications systems
3. Experience managing small to large meeting room audio/visual setups
4. Experience with change management, asset management, and Active Directory GPO/user account management
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
7. BS in Computer Science or related + 12 years of experience
