We are seeking a Business Analyst, who will work in our Intelligence Product to lead our scoring process, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, optimize financial processes, and support our strategic decisions.

About the role

• Gain a deep understanding of our business, market, and customer needs to align with mscope’s goals.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments and with customers.
• Analyze scoring product performance, hypothesize, test and continuously improve product metrics.
• Develop scoring product features from ideation to release: gathering data, hypothesizing, conducting experiments, defining goals & requirements, releasing and tracking features’ performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to implement process improvements and automate workflows, improving the scoring product.
• Expand the scoring process to accommodate additional geographies, ensuring it can be easily adapted and scaled across different markets and regions.

About you

• 3+ years of experience in Private Equity; Banking or top tier consulting firm.
• Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and market research.
• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Work proficiency (C1) in Spanish and English.

This gives extra points

• 1.5+ years of experience in creating products, ideally in high-growth start-ups and customer facing.
• Technically fluent; comfortable understanding and discussing architectural concepts, defining trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams, communicating with them and providing them feedback.
• Relevant experience working in a startup.
• Ability to earn trust across different levels and multiple groups.
• BS degree in Accounting, Business, Data Science, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
