Recruiter (French and English speaker)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Multilingual Recruiter fluent in French and English to join our team in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
2. Handle high-volume recruitment campaigns across different countries, ensuring quality and timely hires.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
4. Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
5. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
6. Maintain and update recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on progress and challenges.

Qualifications

1. Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken). A 3rd European language will be a plus.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
3. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
