Responsibilities
Participation on handling of accounting tasks. Independent handling of accounting tasks
Accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger
Execution of travel expenses
Takeover of payments
Preparation of Value added tax returns
Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Processing of payment transactions and receivables management.
Communication with the state administration
Active participation in various financial projects
Creation and evaluation of financial analysis
Payroll accounting
Moving to new ERP system and input of documents will be valued positively
Qualifications
Successfully completed training in balance sheet accounting or commercial training with corresponding further training or about to finish studies.
Work experience in finance and accounting
Good knowledge of using ERP Systems
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical ability
Independent, goal-oriented way of working
Willing to learn and grow within the company
Experience of using Xero accounting software preferable
Experience in accounting for hotels or restaurants
Partly qualified or qualified
Have been responsible for month end and year end
