Senior Consultant

The role

The candidate will be part of the Customer Success team. His/her primary role is to timely deliver the Solution, while ensuring clients’ understanding and satisfaction. To do so, the Consultant will have to have a hands-on understanding of all models, analytical tools and data operations. Secondarily, the Consultant will also be in charge of client relations (presentations, workshops, etc.).

Profile

1. Education background: Engineering Grande Ecole (preferred)
2. Years of experience: a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of real estate, an experience in project costing and works plan analysis is a plus.
3. Competences:

• capacity to convey complex results in a pedagogic manner
• strong project management capacity
• strong analytical and synthesis mind, as well as impeccable writing skills
• capacity to interact directly with clients
• fluency in written and spoken English and French

Pay: 40,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
