Job Description:

Squirrel Global Media is a leading company in its sector working with more than 1000 media outlets in over 50 countries. We are both an offline and online Media Buyer Agency focused on performance. We have a clear vocation for service, efficacy, and availability.

The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will learn all about how a media buying agency works with the opportunity to grow with us in the future.
This progressive role would suit a candidate with a business/marketing qualification (or similar), who is organized, has exceptional attention to detail, and can work within tight deadlines while adjusting to changes in priorities and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative tasks such as maintaining (data) files and processing paperwork.
2. Other duties reasonably associated with this role as identified by the Managing Director.
3. Undertake training as required by management to ensure quality of service.

Education:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a media-related field.
2. Advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
3. High familiarity with working with numbers.
4. Ability to perform creative problem solving.

Languages:
For the positions opened, you’ll need to be fluent in:

1. Spanish.
2. English.
3. Portuguese is positively valued.
