The sales representative’s mission is to maintain sales and profitability on the customer base and to develop profitable sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  1. Organize and pilot the commercial plan of actions on his scope of responsibility.
  2. Develop an annual action plan linked to national marketing and pricing action plans, taking into account the particularities of his / her area its market.
  3. Identify targeted customers and prospects in its market to implement its annual action plan.
  4. Identify competitive threats and follow up in Salesforce.
  5. Deploy dedicated marketing campaigns in conjunction with the cluster's shared teams.
  6. Offer and contract to ensure the correct application of the commercial and credit policy.
  7. Ensure the signature and contractual coverage of new customers / offers.
  8. Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of the industrial sector and its technical applications.
  9. Manage the portfolio of existing customers.
  10. In agreement with his / her sales team leader, manage a portfolio of customers / products within its scope, using Salesforce, the Scoring tool recommendations and Sales BI.
  11. Ensure the profitability of its portfolio.
  12. Deploy the pricing plan.
  13. Propose value-added offers adapted to improve the margin.
  14. Identify appropriate contacts at the client (decision makers, influencers, etc.) and ensure the accuracy of the data in Salesforce.
  15. Plan visits according to objectives.
  16. Write and use the visit report using Salesforce.
  17. Respect the 7 key rules of a visit.
  18. Choose the appropriate channel of interaction (Face to Face / Visio / Call / Mail…), in line with smart sales principles.
  19. Develop AL market share in the sales district (from customer base, greenfield or competition).
  20. In coordination with Marketing and Business development, ensure the prospecting of new customers and the development of existing customers through strong networking and active listening.
  21. Manage incoming opportunity of newly qualified leads, with respect to the agreed response time.
  22. Realize visits to prospects (presential or phone) in coordination with marketing teams.
  23. Record in Salesforce any information on competitive contracts, following a visit or a lost deal.
  24. Detect all sales opportunities, enter them into Salesforce and sign new contracts and new offers.
  25. Optimize the time spent on the client's site and carry out active networking actions there to identify new business opportunities.
  26. Sell offers and negotiate contracts.
  27. Sell AL offers to customer decision-makers.
  28. Negotiate contractual conditions and obtain customer commitment through the signing of contracts, respecting the commercial policy.
  29. Coordinate with the Contract Manager the reviews of offers and contracts and their traceability in our tools.
  30. When applicable, coordinate with key account managers.
  31. Build customer loyalty and maintain good knowledge of his / her district.
  32. Ensure all commercial actions aimed at customer satisfaction within his / her scope.
  33. Develop a relationship of mutual trust with key client contacts.
  34. Identify and address possible dissatisfaction with the support of the Customer Relations Department teams.
  35. Intervene in crisis management monitoring if the situation requires it.
  36. Choose the most effective method to communicate with customers.
  37. Analyze competitive threats by studying lost contracts and consult Sales Managers to define appropriate actions.
  38. Plan on-site or telephone visits regularly according to the identified targets and report the results to the Sales Manager.
  39. Evaluate, by contacting regional players, the development potential of new industrial sites as well as economic and industrial trends in the geographic sector.
