We have a great opportunity for a Duty Manager to join our Ground Operations Team in Arrecife.
Reporting to the Senior Duty Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for:
- The day-to-day management of all Jet2.com flights and operational performance at the airport.
- Leading the customer-facing teams at the airport to deliver excellent customer service.
- On-time performance and management of our safety-first culture.
Working on a shift basis, this is a varied and fulfilling role with significant people and operational responsibility.
The successful candidate will be:
- A driven and motivated manager committed to the development of an operational team and who shares our passion for delivering the highest standards in customer service and safety.
- Have a proven track record of managing others in a fast-paced environment.
- Have knowledge of Ground Operations and airport processes.
- The ability to show flexibility and be forward-thinking in challenging operational situations.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
