About position

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our Call Centre team in one of the most vibrant districts of Barcelona. Your primary goal will be to match customers with the ideal accommodations and complementary services tailored to their unique preferences and needs.

Responsibilities

• Successfully close cold calls to meet or exceed the required KPIs.
• Identify and understand customer needs and expectations to effectively present and promote suitable solutions.
• Drive sales by offering additional services that complement the chosen accommodation, such as catering, ski services, insurance, and wellness packages, to help achieve overall sales targets.

Your profile

• High proficiency of Dutch (C2 level)
• Thoroughness, autonomy and good interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience.
• Known for your elocution, adaptability, stress resistance and good oral communication skills.
• Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude.
• Dynamic, a team player and good self-control.
