As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to be part of the sales team in Spain.

As Industry Lead, you will have the opportunity to help shape our trajectory and capitalize on the immense potential of the Spanish market, recruiting and developing the advertisers of your assigned industries.

Overview :

The selected person will be a seasoned professional in the advertising industry, with a robust educational and professional background. Graduated in BA (or marketing) from Tier 1 University or Business School and has a high level of English proficiency.

With 5 / 15 years of experience in advertising, in significant digital roles and a background in sales with a major Digital Media Group, he / she currently excels in business development in his / her company. He is smart, hands-on, and a strategic thinker. He has established business relationships in Spain both in Media Agencies and advertisers. Ambitious and innovation-driven, and he / she is now seeking a new opportunity to impact in a fast-growing project in digital advertising.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5-15 years of successful / contrasted sales experience selling in the advertising industry, ideally, digital solution for advertising: video, display, traffic, native, programmatic… with demonstrated list of achievements.
  • Established business relationships in Spain.
  • Knowledge and strong contacts in key media agencies and direct advertisers.
  • Passion for the sales daily work: prospection, meetings, product presentation, afterwork, events…
  • High-energy personality with a passion for winning.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive significant impact.
  • Ambitious mindset with a passion for building market-leading businesses.
  • Startup mentality with a focus on innovation and driving impactful results.
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
  • Entrepreneurship, proactive and positive attitude.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • New business development. Identify new growth opportunities and maintain an extensive network within the industry.
  • Promote Invibes, identifying and securing strategic advertising partners aligned with our objectives.
  • Keep brand loyalty with current clients.
  • Engage in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with an emphasis on cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Daily meetings with advertisers and media agencies.
  • Presentation of the Invibes Branding Solutions for digital advertising.
  • Manage multiple business initiatives in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Engage in networking and social events with clients and partners.
  • Create and develop social events with clients.
  • Manage sales forecast and achieve the revenue target for accounts in charge.
  • Direct report to Head of Sales.

MUST BE :

  • Master degree in tier 1 university or business school.
  • 5-15 years of experience in Digital advertising. Strong knowledge of our industry.
  • Dynamism / Hands-on / Fighter spirit / Intelligent.
  • Demonstrated list of achievements, new business developer, hunter.
  • Strong contacts in advertisers and agencies.
