Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote products and services.
Manage a pipeline of sales leads, converting prospects into new customers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and follow up on sales opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline to management.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Native German speaker with strong English proficiency.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Benefits & Schedule:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
