Client Services Director – Pharma Advertising

About the Role

As Client Services Director, you will:

  • Oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality project execution and delivery.
  • Shape the creative voice of the agency while collaborating with top-tier professionals across the US - working closely with the CCO.
  • Lead a team of client service professionals, providing mentorship and strategic direction.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and medical teams to develop engaging, compliant healthcare marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the agency in key client meetings, working to build trust and long-termpartnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) – ability to communicate effectively with local clients.
  • Proven experience in pharma/healthcare advertising, ideally within an agency environment.
  • A track record of managing large accounts and leading client service teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
