Director Global Pharmacovigilance - Safety Physician (Location : UK or EU)

In Prosegur, we are looking for a passionate professional with 3-5 years of experience in a Compensation Department in a multinational company or Consulting firm specialised in C&B, to join our Corporate Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility team. You will be a member of our growing and multidisciplinary Corporate HR Team collaborating in many projects across the company. The position will be based in Madrid, with a hybrid work model (remote and office).

Main Responsibilities

1. Participate in the design, development and implementation of Compensation and Benefits policies, programs and procedures.
2. Collaborate in the annual Compensation processes: Salary Review, definition of objectives and bonus payment.
3. Drive the salary benchmarking studies with providers and external consultants to secure competitiveness.
4. Define salary proposals aligned with the company´s policy, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
5. Manage international mobility by ensuring that the company's policy is applied.
6. Collaborate with our global service provider in covering all immigration and tax services.
7. Lead the control cost of these services.
8. Analyze and propose innovative C&B tools and procedures based on emerging trends and best practices.

Requirements

1. Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or similar.
2. Master's degree in HR or technical training in C&B is desirable.
3. 3-5 years of experience in Compensation in a Multinational Company / Consulting firm.
4. Confident and highly skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (highly advanced level required), but also PowerPoint, Word and Outlook and PowerBI.
5. Strong analytical / problem-solving skills / Attention to details.
6. Advanced level in English (other languages are a plus) and in Spanish (or bilingual).
