EXPORT DIRECTOR (BUILDING MATERIALS) Responsibilities:

1. Report directly to the CEO, implementing and driving a strategic business plan to optimize performance.
2. Oversee all aspects of sales and financial management, including forecasting and budgeting.
3. Drive sales growth across a diverse customer base in the building and construction sector via multiple channels such as distributors, DIY markets, project specification for new construction and refurbishment projects.
4. Recommend the development of new products aligned with market demand.
5. Represent the company at senior levels within the customer base to maintain and enhance key relationships.
6. Lead and coordinate an international team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. A seasoned business leader with a track record in sales within the building materials industry, serving diverse distribution channels.
3. Highly proactive and dynamic, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and innovation to the role.
4. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market-driven insights.
5. Spanish, English, and a third language are required.
6. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
