The Director for Digital Hub Sales helps create strategies in collaboration with our Global Sales Hubs to surpass the targets set by the WW Digital eCommerce Team regarding billings and subscriptions. Our goals encompass achieving new billings/ACV, acquiring new customers, and enhancing conversion rates across multiple inbound and outbound channels, including phone and chat, and managing leads. You will necessitate gaining profound insights into customer behavior to allow Autodesk to engage customers and convert them into subscribers. Collaborating with sales leadership across AMER, EMEA, and APAC/JPN regions, and with marketing leadership, is crucial for success in this role.
Additionally, overseeing a team responsible for workforce management, inside sales quality metrics, and digital program management is part of the Director's responsibilities. You will report to the Senior Director of the Go-To-Market Team for Digital eCommerce. This is a remote role; however, you will travel to team offsite events. Expect 15% travel.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $213,500 and $345,400. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
