The Marketing Director is in charge of managing all aspects related to the production and implementation of any given campaign. They are responsible for strategizing, analyzing, and leading their team while ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish with clients or colleagues alike. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing high-impact marketing campaigns that captivate our affluent clientele and elevate our brand. The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of inspiring creativity while ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our luxury real estate offerings and support the company’s overall strategies and objectives, such as lead generation strategies.
2. Creative Leadership: Foster a creative environment that encourages bold ideas and innovative marketing solutions.
3. Team Management: Oversee the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development to ensure high performance and collaboration.
4. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events, ensuring alignment with our brand values and business objectives. This includes corporate promotion, launching new listings, and new developments.
5. Customer Service Excellence: Enhance the customer service experience for our agents, ensuring they recognize and appreciate the added value of our marketing efforts.
6. Brand Policing: Enforce the company branding book to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
7. Communication: Serve as the main point of communication with TARE and participate in corporate meetings such as MAM’s meeting, L10, and Sales Meetings.
8. Event Management: Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
9. Policy Creation: Develop marketing policies and protocols to ensure a structured approach to all marketing activities.
10. Performance Analysis: Monitor progress and submit performance reports, analyzing campaign performance and market trends to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
11. Lead Generation: Implement, oversee, and enforce the Lead Generation strategy.
12. Market Research: Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors’ marketing movements. Direct the company's market research efforts based on market trends.
13. Brand Development: Develop and maintain brand image for all offices, including headquarters and current and new satellite offices.
14. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenses to meet financial objectives.
15. Business Alliances: Establish business alliances with new developments or B2B companies.
16. External Relations: Act as the organization’s representative towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients, and build strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
8. Strong understanding of the luxury market and high-net-worth clientele.
