Our team is engaged in designing, delivering and supporting Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide.

We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional or local regulations). Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world.

Digital Technology & Architecture organization encompasses the following capabilities: Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Operations, Cloud engineering, Platform Engineering (e.g. DevOps & related framework), Enabling Platforms (ServiceNow, Observability, Chatbots, RPA, …), Digital Workplace and more “classical” infrastructures (hosting, network, servers, …).

As a target, Digital Workplace corresponds to the following capabilities:

  1. Productivity & Collaboration suite (Microsoft 365, with Office suite, Teams, Email, …)
  2. Devices & Mobility (Windows, Mac, Workstation as a Service, mobile phones & tablets, device imaging & software deployment, Intune)
  3. Digital Signage & IP-TV
  4. Telephony (VoIP, Teams or fixed)
  5. Secure Printing & Scanning services
  6. Application store for applications deployed on or accessible from end users’ laptops requiring either a license or a local setup
  7. Ideation tools (Miro, BrightIdea, Klaxoon, …)

As of today, these services are managed by Sanofi and CHC organization is “consuming” them. As a target, CHC will own these capabilities through market products (same as currently in Sanofi or not). This will be done progressively, capability per capability or bundled.

As a lead of Digital Workplace, you oversee all these capabilities from a product perspective (i.e. evolutions, roadmap, demand management, user education, corrective & preventive maintenance, build & run budget, …) whether they are owned directly by CHC or managed by Sanofi.

At first, the main objective is to control the landscape of CHC and build the strategy to move to full autonomy. The main capabilities to tackle will be M365, videoconferencing and devices.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Product inventory & lifecycle
  2. Create & maintain a clear cartography of CHC end-user devices
  3. Create & maintain a clear cartography of CHC usage & implementations of these products (e.g. licenses, Zoom-equipped rooms, Digital Signage & IP-TV devices, managed by Sanofi or CHC, …)
  4. Determine a clear process for CHC to operate end-user applications (approval, deployment, packaging, …)
  5. Determine a clear assignment policy and end-to-end provisioning process, including imaging and enrolment, taking into account cybersecurity aspects
  6. Oversee products lifecycle and build strategies (roadmaps, evolutions, CHC target landscape), especially to move from current Sanofi-operated model to CHC target
  7. Ensure close relationships with products’ vendors to always get optimized costs, support & advice
  8. Accurately & fully document solutions architectures, processes and support models, especially in application referential (ServiceNow APM & CMDB)
  9. Ensure strong change management process (release management, approvals, major issues, outages, new features communication, …)
  10. Determine required budget to manage products (new releases, licenses, run costs, …) and ensure value maximization (e.g. fit-for-purpose licenses, streamline support partners, …)
  11. Measure real consumption of products and optimize costs for CHC whenever possible
  12. Ensure best user experience and education, by providing communications, learnings & trainings, especially related to change management process (planned outages, upgrades, …)
  13. Measure adoption and ensure maximum usage of products’ capabilities
  14. Automate repetitive tasks using scripting or configuration management tools (e.g. delivery of WaaS or computers)
  15. Share knowledge with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning
  16. Contribute to root cause analysis and conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement
  17. In partnership with Operations & Infrastructure teams, co-develop dashboards, alerts and metrics to proactively identify issues & anomalies
  18. Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance and address vulnerabilities (e.g. integrate security features in product’s roadmap)
  19. Ensure alignment with regulations (GxP, SOX, …), provide necessary documentation & answers to audits as required
  20. Deliver evolutions & projects related to Digital Workplace scope, or oversee them if managed through Sanofi stakeholders
  21. Contribute to CHC real estate projects to bring Digital Workplace design & delivery of solutions

Technical background required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, with various proven experiences in international context across global organizations
  2. Proven experience in managing a Digital Workplace domain, close to end-user
  3. Proficiency in Digital Workplace products & vendors eco-system, especially M365, videoconferencing (Zoom, Teams) and devices.
  4. Proven experience in managing global virtual teams and ability to work in an international matrix environment
  5. Ability to lead and take ownership even in unclear situations
  6. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  7. Curious, open-minded, “out of the box” thinking
  8. Agile and continuous improvement mindset
  9. Strategic thinking with ability to develop strategies for Digital Workplace products
