Your key areas of responsibility as a Digital Transformation Consultant

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess their digital & data maturity, define transformation roadmaps, and align technology with business goals
• Lead or support strategic initiatives focused on digital innovation, process redesign, customer experience, data strategy, and emerging technologies
• Translate business challenges into actionable digital solutions, from concept to delivery
• Design and facilitate workshops with cross-functional client teams, fostering alignment and innovation
• Partner with data scientists, developers, designers, and other consultants to co-create impactful solutions
• Manage workstreams or project modules, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and measurable value
• Contribute to internal knowledge building, practice development, and thought leadership initiatives

As an ideal candidate you have

• A strong academic background in business, engineering, computer science, economics, or a related field (Master/MBA preferred)
• 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, digital strategy, or transformation-related roles
• A proven ability to think strategically while delivering pragmatically, with hands-on experience in leading or supporting digital projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with digital enablers such as cloud, AI, automation, advanced analytics, CX platforms, and agile delivery methodologies
• Confidence working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapting to evolving client needs
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• A background or complementary education in Data & AI technologies is a plus
