Your key areas of responsibility as a Digital Transformation Consultant

1. Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess their digital & data maturity, define transformation roadmaps, and align technology with business goals
2. Lead or support strategic initiatives focused on digital innovation, process redesign, customer experience, data strategy, and emerging technologies
3. Translate business challenges into actionable digital solutions, from concept to delivery
4. Design and facilitate workshops with cross-functional client teams, fostering alignment and innovation
5. Partner with data scientists, developers, designers, and other consultants to co-create impactful solutions
6. Manage workstreams or project modules, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and measurable value
7. Contribute to internal knowledge building, practice development, and thought leadership initiatives

As an ideal candidate you have

1. A strong academic background in business, engineering, computer science, economics, or a related field (Master/MBA preferred)
2. 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, digital strategy, or transformation-related roles
3. A proven ability to think strategically while delivering pragmatically, with hands-on experience in leading or supporting digital projects
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
5. Familiarity with digital enablers such as cloud, AI, automation, advanced analytics, CX platforms, and agile delivery methodologies
6. Confidence working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapting to evolving client needs
7. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams
8. Fluency in both English and Spanish
9. A background or complementary education in Data & AI technologies is a plus
