We are currently looking for a Digital Talent Recruiter for a temporary project of 2 months (until the end of May), with immediate availability for joining.
Role:
- Own the entire lifecycle of the recruiting process: from kicking off a new search, job description development, building an evaluation strategy, sourcing and closing candidates.
- Advertisement of vacancies.
- Headhunting.
- Qualification and interview of candidates.
- Be the owner and responsible of the whole recruiting process in contact directly with the partners (founders, CEO, hiring managers or management team).
- Development of own network of candidates.
- Maintaining professional and direct communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships.
- Follow-up with candidates/partners.
- Interview's reports.
- Monitor and coordinate the operative with the team of recruiters.
We need:
- Availability to start immediately until the end of May.
- +2 years Experience as Digital talent acquisition partner.
- Passionate about new technologies, digital and people.
- Easy-going and hands-on personality.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable contacting people.
- Highly organized and methodical person.
- Excellent Spanish & English (Catalan is a plus).
- Currently residing in Spain.
